Fr. Carl on Reopening

Dear St. Patrick, Atoka and William, Durant parishioners,

     We will be live-streaming Sunday Masses this weekend (6:15 p.m. Vigil in Spanish and 11:30 a.m. Sunday in English).  Additionally:

1.)  St. William, Durant:  Monday, May 18 public daily Masses in the church begin.  12 pews are available to limit to 33% capacity.  Be sure to wear masks, use your sanitizer, and maintain at a minimum 6' of social distancing.  Starting Monday Masses are for those less than 60 years of age to be able to attend.  Starting Monday the public daily Masses will hopefully be available as recorded Masses.  Wednesday 9 a.m. Masses are designated for those 60 years and over and others with health risks.  Follow the same precautions that have been provided previously.

2.)  St. Patrick, Atoka:  Friday, May 22 public Friday Masses for 60 and older commence with the previously provided precautions.  Sunday, May 24 Sunday Masses commence with the previously provided precautions.  

3.)  St. William:  Saturday, May 23 public Sunday Masses begin.  For this first Sunday of reopening souls are requested to call 580-924-1989 in order to makie a reservation with your name, number in party, and telephone number for contact.  Reservations should allow planning to accomodate all under 60 years of age and in good health interested in attending.  Starting May 23 Holy Communion will be available after Mass outside for those 60 years and over who desire to drive up after virtually attending Mass via the internet.

4.)  Reception of Easter sacraments is being delayed beyond the Easter season as a precaution and to increase the likelihood of having a receptin in conjunction with the celebrations.

5.) The Sunday and Holy Day Obligation remains suspended until further notice.
